Elastomeric self-bindind self-amalgamating tape. Suitable for sealing, joining, or repairing cables with protective action against water and moisture. Available in different thicknesses, on poly-isobutyl or etylene-propylene basis. Also ideal for protecting pipes and sleeves against corrosion. Highly resistant to ozone. The product is coupled with an easily removable plastic liner. Thus it quickly self-amalgamates without external heating through tensioning in wrapping process.
