STMT 180

STMT 180 is a butyl sealant tape with high adhesive power formulated to seal the films to the moulds, particularly suitable for autoclaves and furnaces during the molding of composite materials. STMT 180 maintains the vacuum and is suitable for applications up to 180° C. The main characteristics of the STMT 180tape are high adhesion, high modulus, high tensile strength and high coating performance. This brings advantages such as easy application and removal at room temperature and leaves the surfaces of the molds clean. Recommended for use with Vacuum Bagging VBA 50T.
