    ADHESIVE RELEASE FILM HTR 260

    HTR 260 is a fibreglass release film with a fibreglass backing, coated in PTFE and silicone adhesive on one side. The PTFE surface has excellent release properties that make it ideal for high-temperature applications. The product has an embossed yellow covering to protect the adhesive surface and it easy to remove. This film is ideal for use on flat surfaces that need excellent release properties.

    Release film HT

    Il film distaccante FEP® HT 13 e HT25 o Teflon-FEP® è un copolimero di tetrafluoroetilene e esafluoropropilene. Adatto allo stampaggio in autoclave ad alte temperature e pressioni, indicato per la maggior parte delle matrici pre pregs: epossidiche, fenoliche e poliesteri. Eccellente potere distaccante anche su forme complesse, conferisce un’ottima finitura al laminato.

    Release film HR

    ETFE HR is a tetrafluoroethylene release film. Suited for moulding in the autoclave. It maintains excellent performance even when used at high temperatures and pressures, it is indicated for the majority of epoxy, phenol and polyester matrixes. Given its low friction composition and high mechanical strength, ETFE HR 25 has an excellent release power even on the most complex shapes, giving an excellent finish to the laminate.

    Release film MT

    The MT 30 release film is suitable for medium temperature applications – The MTF 30 version with P3 and P8 perforations is particularly suitable for resin infusion processes. It has excellent release properties on all resin systems: polyester, vinylester and epoxy. However, before using it in the production process, it is best to check the chemical compatibility with the resin system in use.
